Welcome and begin healing one day at a time
In this anonymous website I am sharing information and 9 daily routines that you may use as a Maintenance Plan of Wellness for relaxation, stress management, relief of symptoms, enlightment and most importantly for healing.
Hello everybody and welcome! I want to share with you the routine I did for more than a year now that has restored my health, restored my emotional balance and has brought joy and hope into my life. I went through some very difficult years and the last few were very sad. I felt like I touched rock bottom, I asked myself, “What I’m I doing here?” I didn’t see solutions, or a way out of the pain I felt. And then I found one mantra, then another and another. I would chant the same two, three mantras over and over. I loved the melody. I didn’t know what I was chanting, but I noticed I got tears in my eyes but of a joy that I never felt before. One of the things that surprised me was that within ten days, my digestive problems stopped completely; I had them for more than six months. Again I didn’t know what the mantras meant, but within a couple of months I started finding out the meanings and the meanings are amazing, very profound, positive, energizing, uplifting and full of optimism; I understand now why after thousands of years these words of wisdom are not forgotten and it is because they work.
Here is some information that may help understand what a mantra is and what it does, as well as where it comes from.
“Mantra is a Sanskrit term for a sound, syllable, word or group of words. Mantra is composed of two Sanskrit words MAN: mind and TRA: to liberate. The sounds of the words of a mantra produce a resounding vibrational frequency that helps liberate our mind of the influences of the propaganda, anxieties, unnecessary thinking, worries, fears and preoccupations that accumulate in the mind. It is considered a technology or a resource that works to protect our mind against the unproductive cycles of thinking and action. Apart from its vibrational benefits, mantras also help focus and calm the mind, as one concentrates in the repetition of the sounds, it facilitates that thoughts dissipate and fade away little by little until the mind is clear and calm” (Wikipedia, 2013). Mantras also help with gaining courage, strength, and to break obstacles in one’s life.
“Sanskrit is a literary and scholarly language in Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism and it encompasses a rich tradition of poetry and drama as well as scientific, technical, philosophical and Dharma texts. Sanskrit continues to be used widely as a ceremonial language in Hindu and Buddhist practices in the form of hymns and mantras” (Wikipedia, 2013).
I could not stop doing mantra, I continued to add to my routine of mantras and I would chant as much as I wanted and needed, which I would say was usually one hour or even more. I did dedicate much time and I feel this is how I got positive results; this is reflected in each playlist which is about how long I have spent on my routine at least 4 times a week. I also found Kundalini Yoga which also helped and continues to help now. Meditation is also something that I am working on incorporating into my maintenance life plan; I’m also trying to gain experience and I have gained more and more ability to put my mind in a non-thought state for meditation. Mantra, Yoga and meditation uplifted me and I did feel connected to my higher self, I felt a higher vibration. I started feeling happy, satisfied and hopeful. I started seeing solutions to my problems. My problems didn’t go away and I’m even still working on them but I’m now being optimistic that I will work them out. I have realized so many things. I realize now that the experiences of suffering are an opportunity to grow spiritually, and that it can add meaning to one’s life and it can also define your life purpose. I realize now that I was not connected to my higher self. I realize that I need a routine to help me keep my balance, to manage stress in these stressful times. So I don’t want to stop. I have made these routines part of my life. Mantra, Yoga and Meditation will be part of my maintenance plan for life. I feel so optimistic that this can help others that are experiencing pain that I felt a need to reach out and share my experience. I have known of others that have found healing or help for the symptoms of addictions, disorders or disabilities. I have major concentration problems and this routine has really helped me to have mental clarity, focus, and more creativity. This routine can also take you to a state of relaxation that is much needed in order to manage stress.
I have made 9 routines YouTube playlists and each represents the workout routine for one day that I have followed for more than a year now. Each playlist has a few mantras, a yoga set and a meditation video. So you would want to choose one of the routines for the day. Traditionally Kundalini yoga is done to prepare and facilitate the meditation, because it helps stop the thinking process and raise the vibratory frequency; so the meditation would immediately follow the yoga set; you may want to try it this way; I did and it works. For the Mantras, you may listen, or you may want to chant along, as it is traditionally done, you would chant throughout the length of the video or as much as you desire or need; it is recommended to chant at least 3 minutes to attain higher healing benefits; you only have to let the playlist run from one video to another and chant. Even just listening to Mantra will help attain a state of mindfulness and relaxation which has great health benefits. The introduction to Kundalini Yoga set is very easy and could be done anywhere, even at work; most of it can be done in a chair which is good for people who have any physical limiting problems; I have knee problems so I skip exercises and do only what I can do; Kundalini Yoga is also excellent for raising the vibratory frequency; the instructor explains all the health benefits throughout the video; the second Kundalini Yoga video is excellent for losing weight as an additional benefit. For the meditation or mindfulness segment, you may want to do at least 10 minutes to gain benefits; while meditating you would need to stop the thinking process and concentrate on the breath, the images and the music; you may either sit in a chair or the floor, with the back straight, or you may lay down, being careful not to fall asleep. To maximize benefits from meditation, it is traditionally recommended that we do one minute of meditation for each year of our lives; it would be good to work towards this goal slowly.
The Mantra, Yoga, and Meditation routine will elevate your vibration, detoxify, rejuvenate, and relieve stress; most importantly, it heals. Mantra chanting produces a vibratory frequency that works on the body, mind and spirit the same way as when you take a pill, it triggers chemicals in your body that repair and heal.
You can spread out the routine throughout the day or week as is convenient for your schedule; it is important to understand that providing the body, mind and spirit an opportunity to relax and rest promotes health wellness and you will be more energetic, creative, productive and joyful.
Research shows that only during states of rest and relaxation, as well a non-thought state of mind, does the body have the adequate conditions to be able to repair and restore its health from any illness; this is also important to prevent illness.
The “Mantrapedia” in the menu, provides the meanings to the mantras. The lyrics follow below each routine, or you may print them from the “Mantras-print” icon, in the menu, so you can expand the image screen, and enjoy chanting along; the images are also very beautiful and relaxing.
Under “Ancient Wisdom” on the menu, I have placed some great videos of conferences, interviews and documentaries that discuss science and ancient wisdom and guide us on how we may use this knowledge to connect to our higher consciousness, and discusses the purpose of using the heart’s magnetic energy and positive states of mind, body and spirit to attract the life we want, nice experiences and relationships and a better world all around; they are really amazing. This ties in nicely to the 9 routines which do just that, connect us to our higher consciousness, and raises our vibration and gives way to positive states of body, mind and spirit while at the same time enhancing the heart’s magnetic energy.
I have also added to the menu, “LifeToolsBlog.” It is the blog of tools that gives us practical ideas with the intent of living better and smarter. I have done this through sharing some of the most impacting conferences that I know can help in the path of growth and development during our human experience. This page contains an index that will indicate the name of the different conferences; I will be adding more information from conferences in the future, so you will want to check periodically for more.
I have added “Bienvenidos!!!” to the menu, which takes you to the Spanish website: “bienvenidos.myhealingdailyroutines.com”. It contains the same routines and information as this website, but in Spanish. I have written the mantras with the Spanish pronunciation and also translated the Mantrapedia which has all the meanings of the mantras. The LifeToolsBlog is also provided in Spanish.
Enjoy as you find healing, relaxation and enlightenment & best wishes!
